Linebergers Seafood Company - Gatlinburg, TN

After many years of gaining fame among locals and tourists across the nation, Linebergers Seafood Restaurant of Gatlinburg, Tennessee desired modernization and expansion of its dining facility and parking capacity.  In the fall of 2005, they began constructing a new facility next door to their existing restaurant.  ISC was contracted to furnish the structural framework for their rather complex two-story, octagonal building with cantilevered seating upstairs.

Through the winter of 2005 and 2006, ISC worked hand in hand with the architect in developing the most suitable method of steel framing for replacing their existing facility with a continuation to the new restaurant, engulfing a multilevel parking garage and a wrap-around two-story shopping plaza.  ISC began the structural framing for this newly designed expansion, which included a cantilevered overlook tower centered in the far end of the plaza, a crossover bridge near the restaurant, and a cantilevered sidewalk system for second floor shoppers.
